Approx. 1 ½ hours, includes going over Intake Form, optional castor oil pack, complete instructions for doing the YAM (Your Abdominal Massage) component at home with expertise.

Cost: $100

 Abdominal Therapy Treatment – Follow-up Visits

1 hour.  Includes castor oil pack and check-up on your YAM technique.

Cost: $50

Pregnancy Massage

Experience the ease of delivery that has accompanied woman who receive Abdominal Therapy thru-out their pregnancy.  A properly positioned fetus receives more nutrients, less stress & is better poised for the journey down the birth canal!

First Visit Cost: $75

Continued Visit Cost: $35

Water Rituals

A tailor made session of using plants, flowers, prayers and water and Copal incense to facilitate a powerful experience. These Water Rituals are personalized sessions developed around your needs and your own unique spiritual devotions.  And yes, I have clients who don’t currently have spiritual devotions, they seem to get the same benefits as I pray to the deities I like to pray too!! The powerful effects of this is felt by all who experience it and the issue that brought them to me, wanting some resolution with, is met with fresh eyes & heart after this ritual~~

Each Abdominal Therapy appointment includes:

  • A soothing castor oil pack on your abdomen
  • Discussion & review of your intake form
  • A very thorough teaching of the Your Abdominal Massage (YAM), making sure you learn it well and have confidence in your ability to do this massage at home
  • Massage & stretches on the hips & sacrum to complement the abdominal portion of the treatment
  • A succinct handout that reviews the YAM massage for your absolute success in your home
  • The opportunity (if desired) to learn how to tie a FAJA, the long piece of fabric tied over the pubic bone that will help you retain your treatment longer & complement your YAM  at home!  ( I try to keep faja’s available for clients to purchase at a nominal fee.)
